  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment. Include the original receipt or order confirmation.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund is complete. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

Currently, CANBELLECTION does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you. Please take photos of the damage or defect and retain all packaging materials to help expedite the process.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
